What are the dates for the BLK Berry Weekend Curacao 2023?

What's the name of the resort?

Upon completing your first payment you will receive the name of our luxurious 4 star resort for BLK Berry Weekend

What happens if  BLK Berry Weekend is canceled because of COVID-19?
If necessary we will postpone the trip, and all payments will be transferred to  a new date. If you can't make the new date all funds minus the initial deposit will be refunded.

What are the covid entry and exit requirements?

As of April 23, 2022, all passengers and crew members do not need to present a COVID-19 Vaccination Card, PCR, or antigen test to enter Curacao or to enter tourist centers, any establishments or to receive services such as excursions. Random COVID-19 testing for passengers and crew upon arrival in Curacao will no longer be performed. However, when required, random testing operations may be performed. Passengers who present their Vaccination Card will be exempted from random testing.

When is the deposit due?
March 2nd

What is the payment schedule?

Deposit: January 27 - March 2nd $150​

1st payment: March 3rd - April 6th $350

2nd payment: April 7th - May 4th $350

3rd payment - May 5 - June 1st $350

Final Balance June 2nd - July 6th

When do I chose if I want a roommate or not?

When you're registering.

What's included in the cost of the trip?
Exclusive themed events, ALL-INCLUSIVE resort accommodations, 24 hours of food and drink, transportation to/from Curacao International Airport, also called Hato International Airport (CUR)

How many people can room together?
1-3 people per room

If there's three to a room do the rates change?

The Rates remain the same​

Can you help me find a  roommate?
Yes, we can pair you up with someone that's the same sex.

​

Can I make additional payments?
Yes, you can make payments of at least $100 at anytime via the payment portal.

Are flights included?
No, please look for flights to Curacao International Airport, also called Hato International Airport via all major Airline companies.  If you'd like to include it into your package please send an email to info@blkberrywknd.com

Is the trip refundable or transferable?
No, the trip is non-refundable and non-transferable

Is a Passport Required for this trip?
Yes, Passports are required

If I arrange my own accommodations, can I just participate in the #BLKBerryWknd events?
No! All of our events are private and full package purchase is required.
